The Margi Farm is a new project of The Margi boutique hotel, building upon its inherent philosophy of organic produce and sustainable cultivation.
In this area, The Margi grows its own fruit, vegetables and herbs as well as producing extra virgin organic olive oil. This initiative brings closer the visitor with the pure products of the Greece and offers a variety of flavours of culinary excellence and innovation.
The Margi Farm also serves as a unique venue for corporate events or private dinners ensuring a magical atmosphere. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees in the countryside of Athens, The Margi Farm gives you the chance to experience authentic and organic Greek dishes in a beautiful natural environment. Each menu is carefully selected and based on the vegetables in season.
The farm uses natural farming practices by enriching the land with its own animals’ manure and by watering through its own irrigation system so that the farm keeps mechanical methods to a minimum; organic food and traditional greek farm, a journey of food,
wine and farm life awaits you.
The Margi Farm does not only cover the needs of hotels in raw materials but would act as a model farm to showcase local products and farming methods, harmonised with sustainability and ecological development.
